Data collected

Through the contact, quote request and part search forms: last name, first name, company, job title, e-mail, phone, country, and the technical information you send us (reference, quantity, description of your requirement). The IP address is recorded when a form is submitted.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used solely to handle your request and the business exchanges that follow. Processing is based on your consent and on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Recipients

The data is intended for the EXPLOREA team. It is neither sold nor transferred. It may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting: OVH, France; e-mail). When a part search requires it, only the necessary technical information is shared with our suppliers, without your contact details.

Retention period

Three years after the last contact for prospects; for the duration of the business relationship and then the applicable statutory periods for customers.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These trackers are only set with your consent, collected through the Axeptio banner, which you can change at any time using the button shown at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to conseil@explorea.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Confidentiality of technical data

Drawings and technical data sent to us are handled confidentially. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed on request.
